Vine U is an all-inclusive wine making course in Long Island Wine Country.

- The curriculum consists of two sessions : 2 nights/3days in either March or April (March 25-27 and April 8-10) Jim Waters of Waters Crest Winery will teach you over the 2 days.
You will learn all you need to start making your own wine, and be sent off with your own kit and all you need to perfect your craft at home.
- The 2nd session is Dec 3-4. At the Graduation dinner at the 2nd session, your wine will be judged and graded by guest celebrity judges famous in our wine region. It will be a lot of fun, and you will learn a lot along the way. And of course, diplomas!
