Police: Man Charged With Driving On Drugs
Another motorist called in and said they saw a driver operating his vehicle erratically on Route 48, police said.
A Huntington man was nabbed in Southold Wednesday after authorities said he was driving while impaired by drugs.
According to Southold Town police, Douglas Frinquelli, 41, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on Route 48 after a call was received that he was driving erratically.
Frinquelli's vehicle was stopped and he was found to be impaired by drugs, police said; he was charged with a misdemeanor, taken to police headquarters, and held for arraignment.
