Crowds Turn Out For Cole Bros. Circus

As a small group of animal rights protestors held signs and demonstrated in the parking area, crowds headed into the Big Top set up at the Polo Grounds in Greenport for the Cole Bros. Circus on Wednesday.

Children laughed as clowns juggled outside and watched intently as "the nation's oldest tent circus," according to Dan Baltulonis, media rep for Cole Bros. Circus,  unfolded, with aerial acts, clowns, dogs, elephant and tigers all on the show's lineup.

Only one performance remains of the circus at the Greenport location, on Thursday night at 8 p.m.
