Greenport Presidents' Day Parade Draws Enthusiastic Crowd

A cold and windy day didn't stop many from bundling up to watch several fire departments show their stuff through the streets of Greenport on Saturday.

Despite cold and windy weather conditions, Southold Town residents and visitors showed up in droves for Greenport's annual Washington's Birthday parade on village streets on Saturday. The parade always features local fire departments and members of other FDs from town farther west on the island. Check out this photo gallery.
