Trained in enology first at the University of California and then the University of Bordeaux, Mr. Damianos specializes in a Meritage, a rich red blend of merlot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon aged in French oak. Dogs are welcome at Jason's inside or outside on the patio. Jason's features live music every Friday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. during the warmer months.
