The chateau-style building is where all the wine is produced, and has a small tasting room that still attracts crowds on the South Fork. In 2007, a Duck Walk tasting room opened on Route 48 in Southold, providing another venue for tastings of such Duck Walk staples as Southampton White and Blueberry Port. Duck Walk also operates a retail wine store in Port Jefferson.

The tasting room opened in 2001, but the Lieb family has been growing grapes since 1992, when they planted pinot blanc vines on 13 acres in Cutchogue — considered to be one of the largest plantings in the Northeast. Lieb now maintains 50 acres and has added merlot, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and most recently malbec and petit verdot to their varietal list.
The vineyard's herbicide-free grapes are made into wine at Premium Wine Group, a contract wine-maker with which the tasting room shares building space. An outdoor picnic area can be reserved for tasting parties of 30 - 40 people.

Today, Sherwood House Wine can be found at two locations: a quaint outdoor tasting facility on 2600 Oregon Road in Mattituck and a recently-opened elaborated tasting house on 1291 Main Road in Jamesport. Though Sherwood House Chardonnay is still a popular varietal, sales of merlot, cabernet sauvignon, and the sparkling blanc de blanc are "neck and neck" with the vineyard's orignal wine, according to Ms. Smithen.
