The distillery, run out of a recently refurbished turn-of-the-century barn, is located in Baiting Hollow at the beginning of the North Fork's famed Wine Country. It takes about 15 pounds of potatoes to make one bottle of LiV, a creamy, distinctive vodka that can now be found throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts and Illinois.
