Townsend Manor Inn is a historic resort on the outskirts of Greenport Village. The original building was a captain's…More house built in the 1800s and has been recently updated with modern conveniences. With a restaurant, marina, inn and pool, Townsend Manor offers its guests a long list of amenities.</p> <p>Guest rooms are in four separate buildings, many have their own decks, refrigerators, televisions and air conditioning. Amenities vary so inquire about specific features when booking your room. Marina and inn guests can use a picnic and grill area on the rear of the property. Guests can be picked up from the ferry or train station with two days notice.</p> <p>Located in the deep waters of Stirling Basin, marina dockage is available from April through November. It can accomodate boats up to 60 feet. Marina guests have access to shower and laundry facilities. Eastern Long Island Hospital is directly across the harbor from the marina.</p> <p>Townsend Manor's restaurant serves fresh local seafood and produce. The restaurant has an old, sunken bar and serves premium drinks. The restaurant can be booked for private events.</p> <p>Townsend Manor closes during the winter and reopens in the spring.
