Veterans Memorial Park
Veterans Memorial Park is a popular bayfront destination south of Peconic Bay Boulevard between the dead ends of Bay Avenue and Marlene Lane in Mattituck. With sweeping views of Peconic Bay, it features a lifeguarded sandy beach and swim area, a fenced-in playground, horseshoe pits, a barbecue and picnic area, and a community building. The Mattituck Park District office is also located here. The park is available for private parties, which can be booked in advance through the park district.
