Scrimshaw chef and owner Rosa Ross took her comprehensive culinary background and created an American menu with a splash of Asian fusion. Cantonese dumplings are served up along with Roasted Salmon or Butterflied Shrimp. To compliment the unique menu, Scrimshaw offers an extensive wine menu featuring many local wineries. Located on Preston's dock, the indoor seating at this restaurant has water views on three sides. The restaurant also offers bar and dockside seating.
