<p>Locally known as Gull Pond Beach, this spacious beach, park and marine access site at the end of Manhanset Avenue in Greenport features clear views of Shelter Island and its harbor. A large parking area and boat ramp make for easy access to the water. The beach has a playground, and lifeguards are on duty during the summer.</p> <p><i><br /></i></p>
