Jean W. Cochran Park

This large athletic complex across the street from Tasker Park in Peconic has a half-mile paved track for runners and walkers, a skating rink, tennis courts, a field used for football and soccer, and three baseball fields. The North Fork Osperys, a team made up of collegiate baseball players, host a league here during the summer. Relay for Life, an overnight vigil to raise funds for cancer research, takes place here every June.
