First established in 1945, Fisherman's Rest reopened in 2009 with new owners, kitchen, crew and chef. Its executive chef was the winner of the 2010 North Fork Iron Chef Competition. Serving up to 170 people, Fisherman's Rest boasts one of the only local kitchens to consistently serve until midnight. There is live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, with open jams on Wednesdays.
