Shelter Island's Beach Blast Helps a 'Gift of Life'
Annual end-of-summer Wades Beach fundraising party was a blast.
The annual beach blast fundraiser provides financial and support services to East End residents facing life-threatening diseases.
"The Gift Of Life is an awesome local charity that literally puts money into the hands of people who have terminal and chronic health issues and cannot pay their bills," said organizer Joe Lauro.
