Purple will be the color of the day in Greenport on Saturday.
According to the Greenport Union Free School District Facebook page, Athletic Director Jim Caliendo has designated this Saturday as Porter Purple day.
On Saturday, the Greenport boys' basketball teams will play host to the Southold Settlers, with a varsity game at 11 a.m. and junior varsity at 1 p.m.
Caliendo has asked fans to show their Porter pride by wearing purple to the game.
