Southold Athletic Association 5K, Fun Run & Health Fair
The Southold Athletic Association's 5K, Fun Run and Health Fair will raise money for the Athletic Association, which provides wellness opportunities for Southold students, and The North Fork Parish Outreach Food Pantry in Greenport.
In addition, non-perishable foods will be accepted at the race.
The 5K route is flat and includes Southold and Jockey Creek. Island-Timing will keep track of runners. 5K Awards go to the Top Male and Top Female Overall and top three male and female participants in each of the following age groups: 9 & under, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & older.

The Fun Run takes palce at the end of the 5K on the grounds of the Southold School.It's free for kids and there will be awards.
The Wellness Fair will include vendors, activities, free samples, health information, and raffles. It is free for all and is sponsored by the Southold PTA Wellness Committee.
All runners/walkers must check-in between 7 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. at the school gym.
