June is for Brides, Fathers, Graduates...and Taxes?
June has a few tax deadlines in it - estimated income taxes and sales taxes (for business owners). It's also a great time to put a tax plan together.
June is a month reserved for brides, fathers and graduates. It's actually also a busy tax month. Businesses and self-employed individuals (or those with large amounts of income generated from non-salary activities such as business owners) are required to file quarterly taxes by 6/15. Below are the links for both the Federal and New York State forms.

In addition, for New York state businesses subject to sales tax, your sales tax returns are due on June 20th. It’s important to note that New York State is now requiring all sales tax returns to be completed online so be sure to register at http://www.tax.ny.gov/online/ as soon as possible.
It's also a good time for a reminder to plan ahead to ensure you don't unexpectedly owe a large sum of money and likewise to be sure you aren't giving the government an interest-free loan until next year.
