What Do You Want From School Board Candidates?

The school board campaign season has just begun, with candidates stepping up across the North Fork for seats on their respective boards of education.

Patch wants to know: What do you want from a school board candidate in order for them to get your vote? 

What qualities are particularly important to you? Do you vote for candidates who have children in the district or would you rather see the candidates have no ties to the district?
