The gymnasium was filled to capacity as members of the class of 2012 made their speeches, shed their tears, got their diplomas, and went off into the world this past Saturday morning.
Speakers included Valedictorian Siobhan Nolan and Salutatorian Thomas Sledjeski, Class President Peter Romanelli and Cindy McCaffery, who was class president in 1987. The theme of the day was based around the '70s novella, 'Jonathan Livingston Seagull,' a seagull becomes with the daily humdrum of looking for food and he pushes himself to learn everything he can about flight.
