10 Places to Listen to Holiday Music

Holiday music will be featured at venues throughout the North Fork over the next few weeks.

Need some holiday music to get you into the spirit of the season? Between music at our local schools, libraries and vineyards there are plenty of concerts to choose from this month.

  1. The concert is Monday, Dec .5 at 7 p.m. The high school concert is Tuesday, Dec. 6. At 7 p.m.
  2. There will be an afternoon of advent music at the on Sound Ave. in Riverhead on Saturday, Dec. 10, starting at 1 p.m.
  3. The Southold School District will celebrate the season with two concerts in grades 7-12. The middle school winter concert is Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m., while the high school students will perform on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m.
  4. The Mattituck-Cutchogue School District will feature fourth graders on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 7:30 p.m. and the fifth and sixth graders will perform on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m. The junior high concert is on Tuesday, Dec. 20 at 7:30 p.m. and the high school students will perform on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 7:30 p.m.
  5. The Sannino Bella Vita Vineyard in Peconic will have live music on Saturday, Dec. 17 starting at 1 p.m. at its Peconic Lane tasting room.
  6. The Rare Groove Band will be performing live at on Saturday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m.
  7. Mambo Loco will be celebrating the holiday season at the on Saturday, Dec. 10 at 9 p.m.
  8. Katerine Zukowsk will perform a Holiday Opera starting at 1 p.m. at in Southold on Sunday, Dec. 18.
  9. The Dune Grass Band will perform at the on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 2 p.m.
  10. students in grades 7-12 will perform on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. The elementary school will perform the following evening on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m.
