Missing Dog Reported in Manorville

Have you seen this Jack Russell/Pug/Rottie mix who went missing on Tuesday?

While in Manorville yesterday, a beloved Jack Russell/Pug/Rottie mix named Bam Bam ran from a relatives yard after he was spooked.

With information released by both family and Gillian Wood Pultz, Director of the Town of Southold Animal Shelter, while this sweet but shy medium-sized dog ran from a yard in Manorville, he actually lives with his family in West Islip. So it is expected that he is going to try to make the journey back home and that he can probably be seen anywhere within the large vicinity between Manorville and West Islip.

The heartbroken family says that Bam Bam is timid yet friendly, so they caution that he should be approached slowly, so as not to be made to run even further.

Bam Bam's family is devastated and would greatly appreciate any help in the return of their precious dog.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Bam Bam, PLEASE CALL Theresa or Joe at: (631) 704-7140 or (631) 482-8224

Bam Bam is 6 years old, neutered, and wears a blue collar.

Joey, the story of how you got Bam Bam back definitely shows the incredible love and commitment your family has towards him! I have to say that it was an honor to be involved with Bam Bam's return, and I'm sure that all the people that helped are going to be as ecstatic as I was when hearing about it!!

Wow -- poor Bam Bam!! But that's good that the vet was willing to work with you, and it sounds like Bam Bam will be feeling better soon!!

Sorry to hear about Bam Bam...my cat is also missing. She got loose during the aftermath of storm. I will put the word out for your dog, would love if you could do the same. Missing from Robin Rd. Rocky Point "Gia" black spayed cat, missing eye teeth. Indoor only cat so she is probably very scared. She needs MEDS and my children are heart broken. Kerry 631-278-4725. Thank you & good luck.
