This week's Pet of the Week, Mugsie, is a dog that is one of the many homeless animals that are genuine proof that by visiting an animal shelter you'll find the perfect lifelong friend.
Mugsie, a 6-year-old male collie Mix, was found wandering around Southold and now waits patiently at the for a loving family to come and adopt him.
When you meet Mugsie you'll see that he not only looks adorable and sweet in his photo shoot taken by shelter office manager Gabby Glantzman, but that his personality is just as amazing.
"Mugsie makes you smile when you meet him," Glantzman said.
Mugsie is an incredibly friendly and social pup, as he gets along with folks of all ages, and even kitties. "He'd be a great addition to any home!" Glantzman said.
