Residents to Weigh In On Goldsmith Inlet

Bring your Goldsmith Inlet concerns to a community meeting on Saturday.

Residents worried about the state of Goldsmith Inlet in Peconic will have a chance to be heard on Saturday.

Southold Town Supervisor Scott Russell and Suffolk County Legislator Al Krupski will host a community meeting from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday to discuss "the health of Goldsmith Inlet and how the town should move forward to address sand build-up, improve water quality, and improve flushing," according to a release.
