POLL: Your Pick for Southold Town Supervisor?

Now that we have their stories, we want to know who you will vote for on Nov. 8.

After a 15-year career as a Southold Town assessor, has served North Fork communities as Southold Town Supervisor for the last six years and is running for re-election. If re-elected, he says he plans to continue to and on making fundamental changes to zoning, which he said should match new needs and uses to spur employment opportunities. He said he also feels like the community has come to trust him and citizens seem comfortable approaching him with their issues. 

With an extensive background in law and business administration, says as supervisor he'd want to see local government take swifter action on key issues such as to and from the North Fork in order to help caused by successful agricultural-based businesses during heights of the harvest season. He said he would also like to see fewer committees formed and more direct public feedback when it comes to drafting legislation.
