Southold Town Agenda: Zoning for Plum Island, Wetlands Code Changes on Tap

The Southold Town Board meets on Tuesday. Here's what you need to know.

Members of the Southold Town Board meet for work session at 9 a.m. and for a regular meeting at 4:30 p.m. at Town Hall. Items on the agenda include:

• Comments on the Comprehensive Plan from the Town’s Agricultural Advisory Committee

• Proposed zoning legislation for Plum Island

• Public hearing set for proposed changes to the pet and livestock waste section of Town Code and proposed changes to legislation regarding dogs on beaches

• The adoption of proposed changes to shoreline and wetland code

• The advertisement for bids for the furnishing stone materials for the Goldsmith Inlet Rock Revetment Project
