On the Agenda: Southold Town to Discuss Tick Task Force

Ed Romaine to present findings from Suffolk County's new tick task force on Tuesday.

Themeets for work session at 9 a.m. and for a regular meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Items up for discussion during this late-summer meeting include the human resources chapter of the town’s comprehensive plan, and Suffolk County Legis. Ed Romaine will talk to the board about a tick bourn disease task force, which was created in June to study the spread of tick and vector-borne related diseases, and to develop a comprehensive needs assessment.
