On the Agenda: Southold Town Board, July 31

Board members to work out issues regarding storm sewershed modeling, business zoning and dogs on public property.

Members of the will meet Tuesday for work session at 9 a.m. and again for a regular public meeting at 7:30 p.m. at Southold Town Hall. Items on the agenda include:

• Construction of a handicapped accessible playground a; update of hockey rink repairs at

• Update on the Status of the MS4 Storm Sewershed Modeling and Pathogen Regulation

• A town-wide mailer regarding

• Limiting retailing as a special in Light Industrial zones

• Discussion of legislation regarding in town

• A resolution to appoint Caren Heacock ofas a Temporary Marriage Officer for the Town of Southold, on Saturday, September 8, 2012 only, to serve at no compensation

• A resolution to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the replacement and reconstruction of the
