Mayor David Nyce and members of the Greenport Village Board meet for their regular monthly meeting Monday at 6 p.m. at the
Items in the agenda include:
• A resolution to approve a proposed conservation easement between the village, and the for theon Fourth Street. Village residents had raised concerns at a public hearing in April about pollution and loss of revenue over the easement.
• A resolution to approve a public assembly permit submitted by the Kefalos Association of New York for a festival to use on August 18 from noon to 10 p.m.
• A resolution to approve $9,100 to pay bands and a sound technician for the Monday night series, to begin July 2 in Mitchell Park.
• A resolution to approve up to $5,000 to spend on a closing meeting and party to be held at Mitchell Park to celebrate thewhich brought thousands of people to Greenport over Memorial Day Weekend.
