The Southold Town Code Committee will discuss the following:

  • Amendments to Chapter 280, Clarifying the definitions of demolition, alteration, reconstruction and enlargement of structures
  • Amendments to Chapter 111, Coastal Erosion Hazard Areas, for consistency with Chapter 236
  • Amendments to Chapter 117, to rename it “Transfer of Sanitary Flow Credits” and to clarify permissible transfers within the Town of Southold
