Don't Miss: Greenport Village Board Meeting
The public will be given a chance to speak out on proposed residential rental regulations at Monday night's meeting.
The agenda for Monday night's Greenport Village Board meeting is a busy one, with two public hearings spotlighted.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Third Street Firehouse in Greenport, and will include public hearings on a wetlands permit application for 920 Sandy Beach Road.
The second public hearing will be on proposed rental regulations for residential properties in the village.
Also planned is a presentation from Genesys Engineering regarding a proposal for Phase II upgrades to the village's power plant.
