Report: Shelter Island Man Charged With Animal Torture
A Shelter Island man was accused of fatally torturing an animal last week, according to a report from the Long Island Press.
A Shelter Island man has been accused of fatally torturing an animal on Wednesday night, said.
Scott Lechmanski, 50 of Shelter Island, was charged with fatally torturing an animal on May 18 at 7:15 p.m., according to a report from the Long Island Press. Shelter Island Police said in a statement that the man “tortured and killed an animal in an inhumane fashion."
