Police: Two Men Charged With Drunk Driving

Southold Town Police make two DWI arrests.

• Hector Garcia, 24, of Riverhead, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 15 at 12:54 a.m. after police observed Garcia parked on the side of the road on Route 25 in Cutchogue, passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle, police said. He was found to be intoxicated, was arrested and transported to police headquarters in Peconic where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment.

• Charles Kozora, 64, of Greenport, was charged with DWI on Sept. 14 at 7:46 p.m., after police stopped him for a traffic violation on Moores Lane in Greenport, police said. Kozora was found to be intoxicated, was arrested and transported to police headquarters in Peconic where he was processed and held for arraignment.
