Police: Two DWI Incidents Reported on Sunday

Southold Town Police charge two men in two separate incidents of driving while intoxicated Sunday morning.

The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

• Thalia Dinizio, 39, of Greenport, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sunday at 2:30 a.m. after police stopped her for a traffic violation as she drove on Route 25 in Cutchogue and was found to be intoxicated, police said. Dinizio was arrested, transported to police headquarters in Peconic and held pending arraignment.

• Emmanuel Solis-Torres, 27, of Greenport, was charged with DWI on Sunday at 12 a.m. after police stopped him for traffic violation as he drove on Route 48 in Mattituck and was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was arrested, taken to police headquarters and held pending arraignment.
