Police: Southold Woman Charged With DWI

Anna Hunter, 53, of Southold, was charged with driving while intoxicated on June 30 at 9:05 p.m. after police stopped her for a traffic violation on Route 48 in Cutchogue and found her to be intoxicated, police said. She was arrested, transported to headquarters, processed and held for arraignment. Her vehicle was seized and towed to police headquarters in Peconic due to a prior DWI conviction, police said.
