Police: Southold Woman Charged With Driving While Impaired By Drugs

Southold Town Police charge a Southold woman with DWI (drugs) Friday night.

Janessa Andruski, 29, of Southold was charged with driving while impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance on Friday at 7:27 p.m., after Southold Town Police stopped her for a traffic violation on Route 25 in Cutchogue, police said. After investigation, she was found to be impaired by drugs, was arrested, and during processing at headquarters, she was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, police said.
