Police: Southold Man Cuts Greenport Man's Face With Beer Bottle

Allen Brown, 20, of Southold was charged with second-degree assault Friday at 12:09 a.m., after police responded to a complaint of a possible fight at Lakeside Apartments in Greenport, police said. Police found that Brown had struck a 20-year-old Greenport man with a beer bottle, which caused a deep laceration to the right side of the man's face, police said.
