The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate guilt.
Daniel Jerome, 49, of Southold, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dec. 26 at 9:16 p.m., after Jerome failed to yield right of way to a vehicle and was invovled in a motor vehicle accident on Route 25 in Southold, police said. Upon further investigation, Jerome was found to be intoxicated and arrested. Negative injuries reported. Jerome was cited for other traffic infractions as well, police said.
