Police: Southold Man Charged With Boating While Intoxicated

Craig Osmer, 55, of Southold was charged with boating while intoxicated on Saturday at 10:33 p.m. in Budd's Pond off Southold Bay. Police said bay constables stopped Osmer for having no visible navigation lights on his vessel and after investigation he was found to be intoxicated.
