Belizario Gonzalez, 44 of Riverhead, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 20 at 5:50 p.m. after he was stopped for a traffic violation while driving west on Route 25 in Laurel. He was found to be intoxicated, arrested and transported to police headquarters in Peconic, police said.
