Abilisario Vargas-Tacatic, 24, of Riverhead, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated on Dec. 5 at 10:01 p.m. after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 48 in Mattituck and was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was arrested and transported to Southold Town Police headquarters in Peconic and held for arraignment.
