Southold Town Police report an incident of criminal trespass on Nassau Point.

The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

David Colon, 21, of New York City, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass on July 29 at 9:56 a.m., after police responded to a report that Colon would not leave the property of a resident on Broadwaters Road on Nassau Point in Cutchogue, police said. Colon was processed at police headquarters in Peconic and held for arraignment.
