Police: Medford Man Throws Glass Plate, Charged With Assault

Southold Town Police charge man with assault for cutting another man with a glass plate at Claudio's.

The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Thomas Frangidane, 42, of Medford was charged with second-degree assault on May 26 at 6:46 p.m., after police responded to a report that Frangidane threw a glass plate at a 51-year-old Woodmere man at in Greenport, police said. The victim was taken to to be treated for his injuries. Frangidane was arrested, transported to police headquarters in Peconic and held for arraignment.
