• Phillip Wanat, 20, of Mattituck, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful fleeing on Feb. 17 at 1:40 a.m., after police attempted to stop Wanat for a traffic violation on Bergen Avenue in Mattituck and Wanat attempted to flee from the scene, police said.
