Police: Marijuana Possession and DWAI
Southold Town Police report one incident of driving while under the influence of and possession of marijuana.
The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Kimberly Ann Catanzaro, 26, of Cary, N.C. was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana on Friday at 7:28 p.m. after police stopped her for a traffic violation while she was driving east on Route 48 in Mattituck. After investigation, police found her to be in possession of and driving under the influence of marijuana, police said.
