Police: Homeless Woman Charged With Disorderly Conduct for Urinating

Southold Town Police charge a homeless woman with disorderly conduct after she urinated in front of a police officer in Mattituck.

A 38-year-old homeless woman who urinated in front of a police officer in Mattituck was charged with disorderly conduct on Monday at 7:32 p.m, Southold Town Police report.

Police responded to a report Monday evening of a person lying on a sidewalk of the Mattituck Shopping plaza, police said. Police identified the person as Maryann Walsh, and while interviewing her, Walsh pulled her pants down and urinated, police said. She was arrested and processed at police headquarters and held over night for arraignment.
