Police: Homeless Man Charged With Trespassing in Greenport

Felix Cruz Garcia, 37, who police identified as a homeless man, was charged with trespassing Wednesday night at 7:33 p.m., after police responded to a complaint from a 45-year-old Greenport woman that Garcia would not leave the back deck of her Main Street home after she asked him to leave and he refused to do so, police said. Cruz was arrested, transported to police headquarters in Peconic and released on $100 bail.
