Police: Greenport Residents Charged With DWI

Southold Town Police report two separate incidents of DWI early Sunday morning.

Carlos Aguilar, 26, of Greenport was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sunday at 1:20 a.m. after police stopped his vehicle near the Greenport 7-Eleven after a computer check revealed that the license plate on his vehicle did not belong on the vehicle, police said. Upon investigation, Aguilar was found to be intoxicated, police said.

Kimberly Corwin, 37, of Greenport was charged with DWI on Sunday at 2:07 a.m., after police observed her driving east in the westbound lane of Route 48 in Greenport, police said. Corwin failed several roadside sobriety tests at the scene and was found to be intoxicated, police said.
