Police: Greenport Man With Immigration Warrant Charged With DWI

Juan Hernandez-Huertas, 27, of Greenport was charged with driving while intoxicated, failing to maintain his lane, unlicensed operation, cracked window shield, and failing to submit to a roadside breath test on Sunday at 7:47 p.m., after police responded to a report of a silver four-door sedan driving erratically eastbound on Route 48 in Cutchogue, police said. Hernandez-Huertas was found to be intoxicated and was also found to have an active immigration warrant, police said.
