Police: Greenport Man Found With Crack; Three Charged With DWI

Southold Town Police bust man with crack and marijuana and charge three with driving while intoxicated this weekend.

The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Herman Milton, 29, of Greenport, was charged with DWI and drug possession on July 15 at 1:53 a.m., after police stopped him for a traffic violation on Bay Avenue in Mattituck, police said. He was found to be impaired by drugs and to be in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana, police said. Milton was transported to police headquarters and was processed and held for arraignment.

Jeffrey Juettner, 49, of Southold, was charged with DWI drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on July 14 at 6 p.m., after police observed him driving northbound on Tuckers Lane in Southold in the southbound lane of traffic, police said. Juettner was stopped, found to be intoxicated and arrested, police said. After a license check, Juettner was also charged with felony unlicensed operation due to a revocation for a prior DWI charge, police said.

Rudy Huertas-Gatica, 30, of Southold, was charged with DWI on July 15 at 9:19 p.m., after police stopped him for a traffic violation on Third Street in Greenport, police said. Huertas-Gatica was found to be intoxicated and was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he was processed and held overnight for arraignment, police said.

Jason T. Doucett, 25, of Greenport, was charged with DWI on July 15 at 3:28 a.m., after Doucett was involved in a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Main Street and North Street in Greenport, police said. He was found to be intoxicated and was arrested and transported to police headquarters to be processed. Doucett was lodged to await arraignment.
