Police: Greenport Man Arrested for Criminal Trespass

Southold Town Police charge a Greenport man with trespassing on Monday.

Esteban Rodriguez, 21, of Greenport was charged with criminal trespass in the second degree on Monday at 1:54 a.m., after police responded to a report at 208 North Street in the village, police said. Rodriguez was found hiding in the basement at the residence and was arrested and processed at police headquarters in Peconic, police said.
